"Somayaji Manikantan, also known as 'Mani,' is a coach/mentor with over 1000 coaching hours and 25 years of techno-business experience, assisting individuals and organizations in achieving maximum effectiveness. His clientele includes startup founders/CEOs, senior managers, and leaders.
Mani founded and played a crucial role in entrepreneurial journeys within the health and mobile app space. Additionally, he has mentored founders in the platform business. As a fellow of a national-level think tank and collaborator, he has focused on software and entrepreneurship as a game-changer in a developing country.
In his role as an executive coach, Mani seamlessly blends his business acumen, gained from years as a seasoned executive dealing with challenges in product, people, and program management of key business initiatives, with his deep passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. His coaching clients range from Fortune 500 tech company middle managers to CEOs of startups."

"At Clarity Cocreated, our mission is to provide exceptional growth and fulfillment coaching companions for exceptional leaders, executives, and technology professionals who are EXPATS/IMMIGRANTS working in the US. In other words, global leaders, expat executives, and eminent technology professionals seeking the next level of growth reach out to me. I support and coach them, particularly those who are in a slump or experiencing self-doubt in 202x, given the poly-crisis the world is currently facing.
At the end of the coaching engagement, they feel 'at home' in the new country, enabling them to reach their full potential in the new reality where they have replanted themselves. They also fully embrace their expedition for the transformational hero's journey that they have begun exploring!"

I earned my Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University in 1998-2000, with a focus on Managing Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship. During my academic journey, I secured victory in an entrepreneurial competition at the college, judged by venture capitalists."
